Where are your products made?
All our products are proudly made on Long Island, NY, in the USA. We’re committed to supporting local craftsmanship and ensuring the highest quality in every item we create.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
My tracking says my package is lost or damaged, what do I do?
If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Do you offer a Military/First Responder discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for military and law enforcement personnel. Verification will be available at checkout soon. In the meantime, please email us at [email protected] for manual verification.

What about returns and exchanges?
To exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and assist you in selecting a replacement. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
